Summary: The Interim Commercial Finance Director will lead the commercial operations of a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare business in London. This role involves enhancing the commercial strategy, improving client services, and managing banking relationships. The position requires a self-starter with experience in B2B services and large data sets, reporting directly to an experienced CFO. The contract duration is expected to be between 6 to 9 months, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial arm of the company to support growth initiatives.
  • Improve commercial strategy and client services.
  • Enhance contracts and manage banking relationships.
  • Work closely with the CFO and present to the PE board.

Key Skills:

  • Accounting qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience in the insurance sector.
  • Private equity experience, with a focus on exits.
  • Experience in an international company.
  • Ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience in a B2B services business.

Salary (Rate): £900 daily

Finatal is looking for a Commercial Finance Director to join a PE-backed and fast-growing Healthcare business. You will be working directly with an outstanding CFO who has completed several Private Equity exits and who Finatal has a longstanding relationship with. Your key role will be leading the commercial arm of the company while they pursue continued growth. Key deliverables will be improving their commercial strategy with their clients, looking into improving services and improved contracts, as well as banking relationship. This person must be a self-starter who is able to hit the ground running. Experience working within an international company is desirable and you must have exposure to working with large data sets. You must have worked within a services B2B business.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
  • Experience working within he Insurance space.
  • PE experience is needed PE exit is highly desirable
  • Experience in an international company
  • Experience presenting to PE board
