Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the optimisation of FP&A tools, systems, and processes, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency.
- Act as the finance lead for data remediation and automation initiatives linked to ongoing transformation projects.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and FP&A team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and commercial focus.

- A proven commercial finance leader with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Advanced financial modelling capability and deep experience in performance reporting.
