Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' property portfolios and reconcile service charges.
  • Create and amend budgets and complete recharges as required.
  • Assist with year-end processes and bespoke reporting, including accruals, prepayments, P&L, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Liaise with clients and senior stakeholders regularly as part of business partnering.

Key Skills:

  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts department within a Property Management business.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with bespoke client systems.
