Summary: The role of Interim Chief Operating Officer involves leading internal functions and supporting the CEO of a pioneering health charity during a strategic transition. Our client is a is a pioneering, purpose-driven and complex charity operating at the forefront of health care.

Interim Chief Operating Officer (6 – 9 month contract) Health Charity Based Rochester or Redhill with 3-4 days per week in office.

Salary: Up to £100,000 FTE

Our client are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Operating Officer to lead the organisation internal functions, deputise for the CEO and and support the team ahead of a new strategic period.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience at a senior leadership level in treasury and finance management, budgeting and business planning
  • A track record of working in innovative and ambitious environments, through a highly supportive and collaborative approach
  • Experience of identifying, planning for and delivering new opportunities and efficiencies that maximise organisational-wide effectiveness.

Closing date: Monday 1st December 2025

Start date: week commencing 15th or 22nd December 2025.
