Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance and financial infrastructure in an SME professional services business.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance financial operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members.
• Navigate potential fundraising or exit processes as the business grows.
• Work on-site at least two to three days per week in the North West.
