Summary: The role of Interim CFO involves a commitment of six to twelve months, focusing on enhancing performance and financial infrastructure within a rapidly growing SME professional services business in the North West. The ideal candidate will have experience in private equity-backed organizations and will work closely with the Finance Director, providing mentorship and guidance. The position requires a strong leader capable of navigating potential fundraising or exit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance and financial infrastructure in an SME professional services business.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance financial operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members.
- Navigate potential fundraising or exit processes as the business grows.
- Work on-site at least two to three days per week in the North West.

- Experience as a CFO in professional services or related sectors.
