Summary: The Interim CFO will lead the establishment of a finance function for a European infrastructure investor during a critical growth phase. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the full finance function from scratch (processes, reporting, controls, governance)
  • Own all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash management
  • Build, maintain and improve financial models to support investment proposals and value-creation planning
  • Develop KPI dashboards, management reporting packs and investor materials
  • Oversee external advisors (audit, tax, banking, legal)
  • Support commercial decision-making and operational performance across operating assets
  • Ensure compliance, financial discipline and scalable infrastructure as the business grows

Key Skills:

  • Experienced CFO or senior finance leader with a track record in private equity or infrastructure-backed environments

Interim CFO PE-Backed Infrastructure Hybrid Working - Frequent Travel to Ireland 6–12 Months Immediate Start Pearse Professionals are supporting a leading European infrastructure investor in appointing an Interim CFO. The organisation operates essential infrastructure assets and is at an early stage of its growth journey. With no existing finance function in place, the Interim CFO will be responsible for building core financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks from the ground up. You will act as the key finance partner to the CEO and the investor, ensuring robust financial management during a critical period of value creation.
