A PE-backed services business is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to support the business through a critical exit process. With EBITDA of c.£5m, the company is entering a key phase and requires a commercially astute finance leader to drive the transaction and work closely with investors and senior leadership. This is a high-impact role partnering directly with the CEO and private equity stakeholders to manage the end-to-end exit process, while ensuring the finance function operates effectively throughout.
