Interim Change Manager – 6 Months+
HW Interim Solutions are looking to engage an Interim Change Manager for our Consumer client. You will play a key role in navigating a significant phase of business transformation and driving change adoption. Strong expertise in people-focused change, to land, embed and stabilise new processes. Demonstrable history of enterprise-wide global transformation, across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services & TOM. Hands on individual, adept at thriving in fast-paced environments, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This opportunity is offered on a 6-months + day rate contract outside IR35. Engaging with experienced interims and consultants available in the coming weeks.
