Summary: As the Interim CFO, you will be a vital member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and governance. Your role will involve enhancing financial processes and supporting strategic planning to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth. You will also provide financial advice to senior leadership and contribute to operational planning across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and medium-term planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial advice to senior leadership and board stakeholders
- Support due diligence, financial risk management, and organisational planning
- Review and strengthen financial systems, controls, and processes

Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
- Significant senior finance leadership experience
- Strong strategic and operational finance expertise

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk
