Key Skills:
- Significant experience in managing complex construction projects within the public sector for minimum 2 years
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety law
- Experience in public sector procurement and contract management
- Chartered membership with CIOB, RICS, or APM (essential)

We're working with Enfield Council to find a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of an ambitious capital programme - with projects ranging from £750k to £10m - spanning across corporate, education, and community buildings.
This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity offering 3 days per week, ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-value public projects while maintaining flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
