This role works across all areas of change - tech, operations and services - and will need an-rounder who can do the Change and Project Management.

We’re working with a forward-thinking professional services firm looking for a Business Change Manager to join their Transformation team at a pivotal time. The Opportunity

Importantly, this role combines end-to-end project delivery with hands-on change management—ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle, from initial scoping through to embedding and adoption.
Key Projects You’ll Lead & Support
- GenAI Implementation
Play a central role in selecting and implementing a Generative AI platform (currently evaluating tools such as Harvey and Legora), and lead the rollout across the business to drive productivity and innovation.
- Modern Workplace Transformation (MS Teams)
Redesign and optimise how the organisation uses Microsoft Teams to improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
- Cloud Transformation
Lead the transition of contract management and documentation into cloud-based solutions, improving accessibility, security, and scalability.
- Service & Operational Improvement
Work closely with legal and business teams to review and enhance service delivery—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the use of technology.
- Office Relocation Programme
Support and lead elements of a multi-site office move strategy, including a head office relocation—ensuring smooth operational transition and minimal disruption.
