Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Local Authorities highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
