Your new company
You will join a public sector estate who manage a diverse, operationally critical property portfolio that supports frontline policing across the region. Their estate is complex, fast-moving and essential to community safety, requiring a team of skilled professionals who can deliver high-quality projects that keep the organisation running smoothly.

Your new role
As an Interim Building Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a range of minor works projects across Devon and Cornwall. Working autonomously, you'll manage contractors, oversee project delivery, and ensure that all work meets strict operational, safety, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include site inspections, budget oversight, programme management, and ensuring that compliance across an active estate is accurate and upheld. This is an initial six-month interim assignment, paid weekly, offering a competitive daily rate.
