Summary: My client in Greater London is seeking an Applications & Customer Platforms Operations Manager for a contract role. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management of the Business Applications & Customer Platforms team
- Allocate, prioritise and monitor workloads across applications, web platforms and systems analysis activities
- Monitor operational delivery, ensuring incidents, requests, changes and service tasks are completed within agreed timescales and service levels
- Maintain accurate records of service activity, performance and outstanding actions
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience managing IT operational support teams, business applications teams or customer platform services
- Strong people management experience, including attendance management, performance management and workload planning
- Local Authority experience is essential
Salary (Rate): £440 per day
