Summary: The role of Interim AD Maintenance involves overseeing all aspects of Hard FM delivery for a large public sector organization for approximately six months. Key responsibilities include managing planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, refurbishments, and re-tendering the external supply chain. Extensive experience in contract management from a client-side perspective is essential due to the varied estate comprising different architectural styles. The position is set to commence at the end of May or early June.
Key Responsibilities:

We are supporting a large public sector organisation with an Interim AD Maintenance for c.6 months whilst they make a permanent appointment. The role would cover all aspects of Hard FM delivery including all planned and reactive maintenance in addition to lifecycle works and refurbishments.
One of the key projects will be re-tendering and rationalising their external supply chain so extensive experience in contract management and letting contracts in a client-side/end user capacity will be essential.
It is a varied estate with buildings ranging from art deco and Victorian age through to new builds and modern developments.
