Summary: The role of Interim Accounts Payable Officer involves managing employee expenses, payment runs, and bank reconciliations for a charity organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of employee expenses, ensuring every claim is processed with accuracy and efficiency
- Drive smooth and timely weekly and monthly payment runs that keep operations moving
- Own the bank reconciliation process, ensuring all accounts are up to date and discrepancies swiftly resolved
- Be the first point of contact for queries, delivering excellent internal and external customer service
- Play a hands-on role in supporting month-end activities, contributing to a smooth and successful close
