Summary: The Interim Accountant role focuses on supporting a finance team through the year-end process for a leading independent business in Loughborough. The position requires a qualified accountant to prepare management accounts, assist with statutory accounts, and ensure audit readiness. This is a four-month contract offering hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate should be experienced and ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with the production of statutory accounts
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting the team to get audit-ready

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in year-end processes
