Summary: The role of Interim Accountant involves providing financial oversight and support to a high-growth technology company focused on AI expansion across EMEA. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the position requires immediate availability and expertise in accounting practices, particularly in relation to local GAAPs and NetSuite. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit preparations. This is a contract position aimed at experienced accountants who can quickly adapt to the company's needs.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, who is one of the best people managers we have worked with, you will be:
- Overseeing accounting judgements and improvements in region
- Completing and checking historic balance sheet recs
- Preparing audit files
- Supporting the Financial Controller with audit requests
- Working with local tax advisors
As a qualified accountant, you will ideally be a tried-and-tested contractor, with experience of hitting the ground running at short-notice. You must be immediately available, NetSuite experience is desired and a strong understanding of local GAAPs.
