Interaction Designer - 6 months - 2 days per week in Telford - Circa £440 per day inside ir35

Support a digital team in transforming paper-based processes into user-friendly online journeys. Work on multiple services simultaneously, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing intuitive user interactions, applying established design standards, and making pragmatic decisions to deliver effective solutions within tight timelines.

Experience with prototyping tools, basic HTML understanding, and a strong focus on user needs and usability is required. Flexible working with occasional in-person collaboration expected.
