Summary: The Interaction Designer role is a 6-month contract position based in London, requiring an experienced professional to lead a design team within Experience Design. The successful candidate will shape the experience strategy, engage with stakeholders, and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement the experience strategy for the product area.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Align goals and challenges with business and engineering priorities.
- Collaborate with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy.
- Engage with leadership to understand objectives and identify opportunities for good customer outcomes.
- Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery, and team culture.
- Foster a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members.
Key Skills:
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in User Experience design/Interaction Design.
