Summary: A leading global law firm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for their London office to support a finance ERP implementation programme. The role focuses on integration workstream and requires expertise in transitioning from legacy systems to a legal-specific ERP. The position demands strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively. The contract is initially set until March 2027 with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration workstream for a finance ERP implementation programme.
- Gather business and technical requirements, process mapping, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate technical language into clear business terms.
- Work with Azure integration technologies and familiarize with Workday, iManage, and CMI.
- Manage stakeholder communications and operate across large teams.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, GDPR, and other standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large-scale programmes.
- Strong background in business and technical requirements gathering.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Ability to translate JSON files and developer language.
- Familiarity with Azure integration technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large-scale programmes, ideally within legal or financial services.
- Strong background in business and technical requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating JSON files and developer language into clear business terms.
- Experience working with Azure integration technologies (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and familiarity with Workday, iManage, and CMI is desirable.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to operate across large teams and complex environments.
- Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and compliance standards.
- A technical background would be highly beneficial.
