Summary: The Integration Solution Architect - Workday role is focused on delivering enterprise-level data architecture as part of an HR technology transformation program. The position involves defining data models, facilitating system integration, and supporting the delivery of HR tech platforms like Workday and Workato. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture and HR system integrations. This is a hybrid contract role based in Leeds for an initial duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain enterprise data models and data flow diagrams for HR systems
  • Lead data mapping, schema design, and system integration planning across HR applications
  • Act as the lead technical expert for data migration, integration, and architecture within the HR technology ecosystem
  • Support the delivery and integration of platforms such as Workday, Workato, Oracle, and Okta
  • Guide adoption of advanced data methodologies, including machine learning and AI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align data strategies
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
  • Contribute to the definition of architecture standards and governance across the business

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in data modelling, data flow design, and enterprise data architecture
  • Strong background in HR system integrations, particularly Workday; knowledge of Workato and Okta is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable track record in managing complex data landscapes within large, federated organisations
  • Expert in integration tools, migration strategies, and data transformation
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and understanding of machine learning/AI-based processing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent commercial experience

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect to deliver enterprise-level data architecture as part of a broader HR technology transformation programme. This contract role will focus on defining logical and physical data models, facilitating system integration, and supporting new HR tech platform delivery, including Workday and Workato.

HR Architect Responsibilities:
