Summary: The Integration Release Manager (M&A) is responsible for leading complex projects that align with key business objectives, directing cross-functional teams, and solving intricate problems that impact the business. This role involves managing project schedules, conducting meetings, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
- Managing Scrum standup meetings
- Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
- Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
- Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
- Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
- Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
Key Skills:
- Change management experience in business communications and technical writing.
- Proficiency in creating and managing program/project timelines and materials.
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, Playbooks, and effective communication materials.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
