Summary: The Integration Manager role involves leading M&A integrations and strategic partnerships within a hybrid working environment based in Leeds. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders to ensure successful integration processes that deliver value to the organization. The role is critical in driving change management and operational readiness, contributing to the company's vision of being a leading digital healthcare provider. This is a full-time position on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration
  • Defining integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model
  • Identifying synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Leading cross-functional teams and ensure clear decision-making pathways
  • Developing and overseeing integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures
  • Producing board-ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups
  • Driving change management and communication strategies to support integration
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond
  • Providing hands-on delivery support where required to unblock progress

  • Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes
  • Strong project and portfolio management capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable

Role: Integration Manager

Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Salary: DOE, plus extensive benefits

Contract type: 6 month FTC, maternity cover

Employment type: Full time

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!
