Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of browser isolation technology
- Lead web integration and compatibility across authentication, cookies, headers, and sessions
- Troubleshoot issues across browser, proxy, and application layers
- Work with security and network teams to identify root causes
- Ensure compliance with security policies
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Key Skills:
- Strong web fundamentals such as HTTP/S, cookies, headers, and authentication
- Proven experience in web integration and troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose issues across browser and network layers
- Experience in enterprise or security-focused environments
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Menlo Security or similar tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as DNS, TCP/IP, and proxies
- Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs
- Scripting with Python or Bash
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP

This role sits within the Endpoint Security team and focuses on browser isolation technology, web integration, and application compatibility. This is not a web development or UI role. It is suited to someone strong in troubleshooting, browser behaviour, and diagnosing complex web issues in secure environments.
The Role: You will support the implementation of a browser isolation solution, primarily using Menlo Security. You will work closely with security and networking teams to ensure smooth integration across applications and maintain performance and security standards.
