Headquartered in the Far East with operations across Europe & the US, they are seeking a dynamic Integration Director on an 18-24 month Fixed Term Contract to lead transformative initiatives that drive operational efficiency and prepare the business for exciting growth opportunities including potential M&A activities and likely exit within c2 years. This role will be based in Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia.
Role Overview: As the Integration Director, you will be a strategic change leader responsible for:
- Cost Optimization : Implementing initiatives to enhance financial stability and reduce operational expenses.
- M&A Preparation : Leading due diligence and transaction support to prepare the business for acquisitions.
- Post-Merger Integration : Ensuring seamless integration of acquired businesses and driving value creation.
- Support potential sale process: ensuring business is optimally positioned for exit

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications : Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Experience : 5-10+ years in senior finance or integration roles, with hands-on experience in M&A cycles either from achieving Senior Manager/Director level in a Big 4/Top 10 firm Transaction Services team or a Finance Director/CFO level candidate who’s delivered similar PE backed business acquisition/exit readiness projects for SME companies
Skills : Strong financial modeling, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
