Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers/end-users on custom integrations and applications.
- Develop end-to-end integrations using Integration as a Service (IPaaS) platforms like SnapLogic.
- Work with SOAP and REST web services.
- Write SQL queries and manage relational database access.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adapt to various support situations as needed.
Key Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support for integrations and applications.
- Hands-on experience with SnapLogic or similar integration platforms.
- Understanding of SOAP and REST web services.
- Proficient in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Experience with cloud technologies (PaaS, SaaS, IPaaS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, MS TFS, Rally, Workday, Salesforce, or ERP APIs is beneficial.
- Knowledge of project management domain is an advantage.

What You'll Bring
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of total experience in supporting customers/end-users on custom integrations and applications.
- Preferred hands-on experience with developing end-to-end integrations using Integration as a Service (IPaaS) (SnapLogic) development platform or other Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Actian, Informatica, or similar.
- Any Integration Platform experience
- Should have a fair understanding of working with SOAP web services and REST web services
- Hands-on experience with writing SQL queries using joins, aggregate functions and stored procedures/ functions and general relational database access and query techniques with SQL Server 2012 or above, Oracle 11g or above would be a plus
- Very good SQL knowledgeand should be able to understand the Complex queries/Stored procedure)
- Excellent communication skills in English - with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Positive attitude with keen analytical skills.
- Be flexible to adapt to different support situations.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Cloud Technologies such as PaaS, SaaS, and IPaaS
- Knowledge of JIRA/ ServiceNow/ MS TFS/ Rally/ Workday/ Salesforce/ ERP APIs would be good to have
- Knowledge of the project management domain would be an added advantage
