Summary: The EDI Integration Specialist will play a vital role in developing integration flows between clients and pharmaceutical partners across Europe. This position requires the design, development, and maintenance of EDI flows, including Stock, Delivery, and Billing exchanges. The specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing ongoing support for live EDI flows. Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective communication in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business needs and produce detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Design and implement EDI flows to enable data exchange with pharmaceutical laboratories across Europe
  • Develop and optimise PL/SQL scripts in Oracle to support EDI integrations
  • Participate in testing phases, ensuring internal developments and third-party integrations meet requirements
  • Prepare for and participate in the production deployment of EDI flows
  • Monitor and support the hypercare period post-deployment, resolving any issues as needed
  • Present deployed solutions to the support team to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and technical manuals
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live EDI flows where necessary
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams in both French and English
