Summary: The EDI Integration Specialist will play a vital role in developing integration flows between clients and pharmaceutical partners across Europe. This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining EDI flows for Stock, Delivery, and Billing exchanges. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and involves both technical and functional aspects of integration. Proficiency in PL/SQL and bilingual communication in French and English are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business needs and produce detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Design and implement EDI flows to enable data exchange with pharmaceutical laboratories across Europe
  • Develop and optimise PL/SQL scripts in Oracle to support EDI integrations
  • Participate in testing phases, ensuring internal developments and third-party integrations meet requirements
  • Prepare for and participate in the production deployment of EDI flows
  • Monitor and support the hypercare period post-deployment, resolving any issues as needed
  • Present deployed solutions to the support team to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and technical manuals
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live EDI flows where necessary
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams in both French and English

This role involves supporting the integration of new laboratories into the business through the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of EDI flows including Stock, Delivery, and Billing exchanges.
