Summary: The Integration Delivery Manager will oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and effective capacity planning. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in delivery management and project oversight. This position is a 6-month contract based in Telford with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement and manage Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team performance.
  • Develop and maintain capacity planning processes to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project goals are understood and met.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
