Summary: The Intapp Consultant/Project Manager role is focused on leading a business transformation programme within a law firm, specifically aimed at modernising Business Acceptance processes. The position requires expertise in legal services and the implementation of a cloud-based legal technology platform, Intapp. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance governance, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Business Acceptance transformation programme within a legal services environment.
- Manage the migration of legal applications from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.
- Analyse, review, and redesign processes relating to:
- Conflict of Interest checks
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification
- Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
- Sanctions screening
- Client onboarding and matter opening
- Identify and mitigate compliance, regulatory, and audit risks, strengthening governance and control frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee system implementation activities, including testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, including RAID management, reporting, planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technology suppliers as required.
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives and user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Legal Services sector.
- Strong track record delivering legal technology and application implementation projects (Intapp).
- Demonstrable experience leading cloud migration programmes, particularly from Legacy or on-premise environments.
- Strong understanding of Business Acceptance and Risk & Compliance processes within law firms, including:
- Conflicts management
- AML/KYC
- Client onboarding
- Matter opening processes
- Experience re-engineering operational processes to improve efficiency, governance, and risk management.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Legal Services to lead a critical business transformation programme focused on modernising Business Acceptance processes within a law firm environment.
