Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the end-to-end test strategy for the transformation programme.
  • Plan, execute, and govern testing activities across a portfolio of projects.
  • Coordinate testing efforts in multi-vendor environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the testing process.
  • Oversee testing for legacy system replacement, digital transformation, data migration, and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale transformations within Lloyd's market insurance or GI sectors.
  • Deep understanding of London Market processes, including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in test planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Experience with policy administration systems, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Exposure to Blueprint Two, Core Data Record (CDR), or TOM initiatives.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, Selenium.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ISTQB certification (Advanced level preferred) or equivalent.

Overview

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and governance across a portfolio that includes Legacy system replacement, digital transformation, data migration, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale, complex transformations in Lloyd's market insurance or GI sectors.

  • Deep understanding of London Market processes, including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong background in test planning, coordination, and execution in multi-vendor environments.

  • Experience working with policy administration systems (PAS), data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Exposure to Blueprint Two, Core Data Record (CDR), or TOM initiatives is highly desirable.
