Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contract Test Manager to lead testing activities within a complex transformation programme at a leading Lloyd's market insurer. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the end-to-end test strategy for the transformation programme.
- Plan, execute, and govern testing activities across a portfolio of projects.
- Coordinate testing efforts in multi-vendor environments.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the testing process.
- Oversee testing for legacy system replacement, digital transformation, data migration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale transformations within Lloyd's market insurance or GI sectors.
- Deep understanding of London Market processes, including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in test planning, coordination, and execution.
- Experience with policy administration systems, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms.
- Exposure to Blueprint Two, Core Data Record (CDR), or TOM initiatives.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, Selenium.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ISTQB certification (Advanced level preferred) or equivalent.
