Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between business, data, technology, and solution providers to improve services and processes.
- Work within an agile environment as a Business Analyst for an insurance broker, company, or consultancy.
- Manage large business transformation programs, including insurance or broking platform implementations.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to user acceptance testing and launch.
- Produce key analysis artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills while collaborating with global project teams.
- Maintain a delivery-focused approach to analysis with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to high-quality business analysis within a busy team and meet deadlines.
- Utilize Salesforce experience as an advantage.
- Leverage a background in Development or QA as preferred experience.

Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst with strong Insurance experience to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. This role would be Outside IR35.
The client are looking for a Business Analyst to work as a link between business, data, technology and solution providers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, products, and processes through the roll out of a global insurance platforms.
Requirements
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst within an insurance broker, company or consultancy within an agile environment
- Knowledge of London Market processing and Specialty business
- Has worked on a large business transformation programme such as an insurance or broking platform implementation
- Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through to User acceptance testing and launch
- Proficient in detailing and producing key analysis artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and process flows using key tools
- Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets
- Delivery focused with a proactive approach to analysis and can work with minimal supervision
- Be able to work as part of a busy team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
- Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage
- Background in Development or QA preferred
