Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement projects across business units.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategies.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across departments.
- Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business continuity.
- PMP, PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly desirable.
- Experience within the Insurance industry.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
