  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across departments.
  • Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business continuity.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly desirable.
  • Experience within the Insurance industry.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
