Key Responsibilities:

What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment gained from agency, in-house or RPO environments, ideally within or related to the insurance sector.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural alignment with organisational values.
- Advanced proficiency in internet searches, cold calling, networking events, database mining, referrals, and other modern recruitment techniques.
- Track record of implementing creative sourcing activities tailored to different levels of seniority and specialist roles within complex organisations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with sensitivity towards candidate needs throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
