  • Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
  • Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning

Key Skills:

  • Min 1 year Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment is a MUST!
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin or Tamil is a bonus!)
  • Passionate about customer care and creating positive outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with contact centre systems
  • Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage
