Summary: The role of Insurance Customer Service Consultant involves handling customer inquiries through inbound calls and digital channels, primarily within the CBD area during standard office hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
- Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning
Key Skills:
- Min 1 year Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment is a MUST!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin or Tamil is a bonus!)
- Passionate about customer care and creating positive outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with contact centre systems
- Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage
