- Organize and manage training assets, folders, and documentation.
- Lead training projects from concept to completion: define goals, create timelines, schedule meetings, and manage deliverables.
- Work backward from desired outcomes to build structured learning paths.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
- Develop comprehensive curricula aligned with technical procedures, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness.
- Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Support content creation with strong writing and editing skills.
- Apply principles of adult learning and instructional effectiveness to all materials.
Key Skills:
