Summary: The Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist role at a global bank in Singapore focuses on providing client-facing support in custody and securities settlement. The position requires establishing trust with institutional clients, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating onboarding and training. The specialist will also act as a liaison between clients and technical teams while seeking process improvements. Candidates should possess relevant experience in financial services and a strong client service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers
- Answer clients' questions on day-to-day use of our platform and on post-trade-related topics, e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management and operational tax
- Support smooth onboarding and training for new clients
- Provide post-trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions
- Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction
Key Skills:
- Previous client services experience within the financial services industry
- Fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services
- Passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial instruments
- The proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
- Experience in Investment Banking and/or Wealth Management Ops will be of added advantage
- Only open to SG citizen or SG PR holder
