Summary: The Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist role at a global bank in Singapore focuses on providing client-facing support in custody and securities settlement. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers
• Answer clients' questions on day-to-day use of our platform and on post-trade-related topics, e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management and operational tax
• Support smooth onboarding and training for new clients
• Provide post-trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions
• Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction

Key Skills:

• Previous client services experience within the financial services industry
• Fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services
• Passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial instruments
• The proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
• Experience in Investment Banking and/or Wealth Management Ops will be of added advantage
• Only open to SG citizen or SG PR holder
