Key Responsibilities:
- Managing IPS Cloud functions including case setup, postings, journals, and reports
- Preparing and maintaining Bordereau
- Liaising with banks and external stakeholders
- Completing accurate bank reconciliations
- Handling VAT requirements within insolvency cases
- Assisting with Insolvency Services Account processes
- Providing wider cashiering and administrative support to the insolvency team
Key Skills:
- Experience in insolvency cashiering or a similar financial administration role

Working Pattern
The firm offers a highly flexible working schedule , including:
- Monday to Wednesday in the office
- Thursday and Friday working from home
- Potential for reduced office presence (1–2 days per week) depending on the needs of the individual and the team
