Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of a varied caseload including liquidations, administrations, CVAs and bankruptcies.
- Prepare statutory documentation, case reports and professional correspondence.
- Liaise confidently with directors, creditors and other stakeholders.
- Support investigations, asset realisations and distributions to creditors.
- Maintain accurate and compliant case files in line with legislation and firm procedures.
- Assist senior team members on complex cases and ad hoc project work.
Key Skills:

The Role
