Summary: The Inside Sales/Onboarding Representative is responsible for enhancing the adoption of Invisalign/iTero products among dental practices by providing consultative training and support. This role involves converting leads into customers, maintaining relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. The representative will also identify target accounts and drive sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help convert warm leads to new customers by assisting in the completion of the certification process.
- Provide customer support to new Invisalign customers.
- Understand practice goals and lift barriers to enhance speed to Invisalign adoption in practice.
- Generate leads and increase doctor's knowledge on Invisalign and iTero products via outbound calling, email communications, and virtual demonstrations.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts and building rapport.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan and execute Align's sales strategy to identify gaps and establish solutions to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with each account, including staff and doctors.
- Understand account capabilities to recommend training and support for customers.
- Partner with internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align products.
- Ensure the effective fulfillment of KPIs and assigned quotas.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals.
- Provide clinical support to Align customers, including reviewing patient clinical data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience or relevant experience.
- Dental industry experience is a plus but not essential.
- Willingness to learn basic orthodontic and clinical knowledge.
- Comfortable conducting business over the phone and email.
- Proven record of successful sales achievements.
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead virtual presentations.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to discuss business metrics and ask relevant questions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Proven ability to learn technical product knowledge.
- Ability to work hybrid with a split schedule.
