Key Responsibilities:
- Develop subject matter expertise to support lawyers in adopting GenAI technologies.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new GenAI technologies to enhance legal service delivery.
- Support the organisation and delivery of workshops and presentations to legal teams.
- Conduct testing of use cases, including developing prompts and assessing performance.
- Monitor KPI and impact data to prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure the delivery of project objectives.

Paralegal – Innovation (FTC) Are you looking for an exciting paralegal opportunity working on a legal-specific GenAI project? We have a unique opportunity for a paralegal to join our Innovation team and work on a key aspect of our Digital Enablement Programme (which has a focus on AI, Data and Process Optimisation) on a 12 month fixed term contract. You'll supporting one of our critical GenAI projects, working alongside Innovation, Technology and other specialists to adopt and embed a cutting edge GenAI solution within our legal teams.
The Opportunity We are seeking an innovative paralegal who will play a critical role in project delivery and the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, from helping our lawyers with technical queries to monitoring impact and ‘red team' testing. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a curious, proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in a top-tier law firm and to get hands-on with GenAI technologies. Your primary responsibility will be supporting this GenAI project, however your responsibilities may flex as project evolves and expands.
Contract Duration: 12 fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

- Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new GenAI technologies to enhance legal service delivery
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of workshops with and presentations to legal teams and others
- Conducting testing of use cases including developing prompts, building templates and assessing performance
- Monitoring KPI and impact data to prepare concise and clear reports for senior stakeholders
- Working collaboratively, including with our legal teams, to ensure the delivery of project objectives
