Summary: The role of Ingénieur réseau expert DNS at CA-GIP involves managing and evolving DNS infrastructure within a team responsible for maintaining operational conditions and security. The position requires expertise in DDI solutions and collaboration with various teams to optimize and support network services. The candidate will also engage in technology monitoring and operational procedure development. This position is integral to the digital transformation efforts of the Crédit Agricole group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing DDI solution, ensuring operational continuity and evolution.
  • Participate in projects impacting the DNS infrastructure, including client integration and architecture evolution.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop operational procedures and train team members on service usage.
  • Provide Level 3 support for existing infrastructures in operational and non-operational hours.
  • Define and evolve management rules and procedures for tool usability.

Key Skills:

  • Deep expertise in DNS architecture and advanced DNS Bind configurations.
  • Experience with DDI solutions and observability tools.
  • Knowledge of load balancers, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), and network function virtualization.
  • Familiarity with SDN technologies (NSX-T, ACI) and CNI.
  • Strong behavioral skills including reactivity, anticipation, rigor, written expression, autonomy, adaptability, and teamwork.
