Summary: The role of Open/DevOps Production Engineer at CA-GIP involves managing and overseeing the production activities of applications and systems within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage change requests and coordinate the evaluation and preparation of changes.
• Oversee incident management and ensure timely restoration of normal service.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate efforts to eliminate them.
• Maintain configuration management within the application scope.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective production and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as a primary contact for incidents and evolution requests related to CI/CD pipelines.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, and WebSphere Application Server.
• Proficiency in Control-M, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
