Summary: The role of Open/DevOps Production Engineer at CA-GIP involves managing and overseeing the production activities of applications and systems within the Crédit Agricole group. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change requests and ensure their successful implementation and closure.
- Coordinate the evaluation and preparation of changes, and communicate with client entities.
- Oversee incident management and ensure timely restoration of normal service.
- Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Maintain configuration management within the application scope.
- Be the primary contact for incidents or evolution requests related to CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with production standards and operational best practices.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, and WebSphere Application Server.
- Proficiency in Control-M, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage stress and work autonomously.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IT operations.
- Educational background in computer science or related field.
