Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more workstreams (Tower Lead) ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage dependencies and align milestones.
- Oversee delivery of: SCC Build & Migration (Active Directory, AWS, BluePrism, Citrix), Network Integration Remediation (VPN, third-party connections, ~180 application interfaces), Remote desktop replatforming into cloud, Exchange Online migration & email archive replacement.
- Drive onboarding and knowledge transfer for new joiners to ensure productivity.
- Maintain delivery cadence, risk management, and reporting across all assigned areas.
