Summary: The Infrastructure Support Engineer role focuses on providing operational support for IT infrastructure within a leading financial services company. The position requires expertise in security and vulnerability management, patching, and network management, particularly with Azure and Active Directory. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line infrastructure and operational support for infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID and security authentication.
• Relevant experience of vulnerability and patch management.
• General Network Management - Configure and support network hardware, software, Switches, Routers, Firewalls etc.
• Ability to advise on preventative measures.
• Documentation: Document IT infrastructure layout and design for future reference and upgrades.

Key Skills:

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• General Networking, CISCO Switches, Routers and SD-WAN is essential.
• Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred).
• CISCO Call calling.
• Security Patching/Vulnerability management.
