Summary: The role of Senior Level Infrastructure Project Manager involves delivering infrastructure project management services at various locations, including Portsmouth Naval Base and other UK cities. We have excellent opportunities for Senior Level Infrastructure Project Managers based with our Client at Portsmouth Naval Base. There are opportunities to also be based at Plymouth, Glasgow, Bristol and Barrow in Furness This role requires Candidates to be current holders of SC Level Security Clearance (or above) This can be worked on a hybrid basis, but Candidates must be willing to be based in the office for three days and two remote, and is inside IR35.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves delivery of infrastructure Project Management services. NEC 3 / NEC4 experience is highly desired. Candidates with decent exposure to NEC3/4 and contract management experience without qualifications will be considered. The project is to develop a site wide master plan and RIBA 2 design for a £900M accommodation programme. RIBA staging experience would be ideal, along with a buildings and infrastructure background. Project lifecycle experience - Candidates who have proven experience of seeing projects through from cradle to grave. We will specifically develop the plan and design this is not a construction role. The successful Candidates will manage Client resources in the Project Team. Infrastructure design management experience is essential, although we can consider Candidates from various industries. Ideally Candidates will have at least 5 years post-grad experience and hold a degree qualification and a professional qualification (ideally APM PMQ or CPP, although we can consider other practitioner level qualifications. We will consider PRINCE 2 / AGILE qualifications
