Summary: The Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee the delivery of technology infrastructure projects within the CTO Real Estate Portfolio, focusing on new building deliveries, refurbishments, and technology upgrades. This role requires strong stakeholder management and accountability for project delivery, ensuring alignment with program deadlines and budget constraints. The position is based in Sheffield and requires on-site presence three days a week. The contract runs from July 1st to November 30th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have end-to-end accountability for all aspects of project delivery and handover into BAU support.
- Work closely with teams across Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to deliver Technology outcomes aligned to programme deadlines.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across a varied stakeholder group, including Executive level.
- Own and maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitoring dependencies and ensuring that blocked tasks are identified and escalated.
- Ensure that risks and issues are identified, captured, and managed in line with agreed action plans.
- Manage projects in line with agreed budget and complete monthly forecasting accurately.
- Comply with Change Delivery Framework and ensure all governance documentation is completed.
- Keep relevant stakeholders and boards informed of status, escalating for support in a timely fashion.
Key Skills:
- Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
- Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process and integration of Technology deliverables.
- Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
- Ability to coordinate multiple and concurrent projects under strict deadlines.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects.
- Financially literate, able to analyze financial data and contextualize conclusions and recommendations.
- Experience managing projects in line with structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to articulate complex issues succinctly to Senior Stakeholders and delivery teams.

Role Brief: The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the clients real estate portfolio. This will include new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation and building exits; with further support of technology upgrades to systems which support that estate, such as Protective Security.
In this role you will:

- Ensure that risks and issues are identified, captured and managed in line with agreed action plans.

- Ensure that relevant stakeholders and boards are kept informed of status, escalating for support in a timely fashion.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following attribute and experience requirements:
- Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager who has previously delivered multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
- Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and the practical integration of Technology deliverables into that process.
- Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
- Coordinating multiple and concurrent projects and delivering to strict deadlines.
- Waterfall and Agile frameworks to deliver Infrastructure projects.
- Financially literate, able to analyse financial data and contextualise into conclusions and recommendations.
