Summary: The Infrastructure Project Manager role is a mid-level, execution-focused position responsible for driving the completion of two significant infrastructure workstreams over a three-month period. The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, managing multi-vendor environments and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. This role requires exceptional energy and a proactive attitude to oversee complex projects across multiple sites. The position is based in North West London and necessitates on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the IBM FS7300 Storage and SAN64B Fabric Switch Refresh within UK Datacenters.
  • Coordinate and track the testing, validation, and workload migration of Oracle EBS.
  • Deliver the entire SecureConnect Project across 200+ EMEA sites, managing all phases from planning through to formal closure.
  • Plan and oversee Phase 2 deployments for approximately 20% of complex sites, specifically including Datacenters.
  • Manage design workshops and approval processes in collaboration with HPE Aruba, Infosys, and internal Infrastructure teams.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams across local operating companies to manage Bills of Materials (BoMs), quotes, and orders under the Aruba GreenLake model.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with HPE Aruba Central to facilitate the automatic creation of Incidents from monitoring alerts generated by HPE Aruba Central.
  • Collaborate with Infosys deployment teams to ensure site readiness, hardware setup, and a successful, seamless handover to BAU (Business As Usual).
  • Own and maintain detailed project documentation, including master project plans, RAID logs, and financial forecasts.
  • Govern project progress, actively manage risks, and report updates at monthly Steering Committee meetings.
  • Ensure all deployments align perfectly with Zero Trust, cloud-managed infrastructure, and SecureConnect standards.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored specifically to local execution needs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering datacenter storage refreshes (specifically SAN/IBM) and large-scale network/security deployments.
  • Direct experience or strong familiarity with HPE Aruba Central, Aruba GreenLake models, ServiceNow integrations, and Oracle EBS migrations.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with tier-1 partners and integrators (e.g., Infosys, HPE).
  • Requires 3 days a week on-site in Central London or Watford, with flexibility to travel more when needed.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Infrastructure Project Manager to step in and drive the successful completion of two major, high-profile infrastructure workstreams. The Infrastructure Project Manager will drive the final 3-month completion phase of an 18-month program. This is a execution-focused, mid-level role rather than a senior strategic position. We need a PM with exceptional drive, energy, and a "get-it-done" attitude who can manage multi-vendor environments, coordinate across local operating companies, and ensure strict alignment with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workstream 1: IBM FS7300 Storage & SAN64B Fabric Switch Refresh
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the IBM FS7300 Storage and SAN64B Fabric Switch Refresh within UK Datacenters.
